Job Description

Golden View Hotel is hiring Room Service Staff to provide high-quality service to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms

  • Taking orders (phone or in-person) when needed

  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery

  • Maintaining cleanliness of service carts and trays

  • Communicating with kitchen and front desk staff

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality or food service (preferred)

  • Polite and professional communication

  • Good time management

  • Ability to work flexible shifts (morning/evening)
